What We Inspect in the Framing
Our engineers evaluate beams, columns, load-bearing walls, headers, joists, and the connections that tie them together, checking for overspanning, notching, moisture damage, and alterations that quietly removed support. We trace how weight travels from the roof down to the foundation and flag any point where that path has been compromised.
From New Builds to Existing Homes
On new construction, framing review fits naturally alongside our phase inspections, catching issues while they are still cheap to fix. On existing homes, it pairs with a structural assessment when you are planning an addition, removing a wall, or simply explaining movement you cannot account for.
